Rod is a great guide and top bloke. Had a really good mornings fishing on the Derwent for bream. Will definitely be back and will go trout fishing with Rod as well.
Rod is an experienced angler, he knows where the trouts are, we had an amazing day, I strongly recommend him to everyone!

I was lucky enough to get onto Rod for a last minute fish whilst on a whirlwind holiday in Tassie.
I told Rod that I'd never caught a Brown Trout and he was very positive in saying that he could help.
After a beautiful 2 hour drive from Hobart to the Central Lakes area, Rod had the boat launched and I had my first Brown Trout within a minute of the lures hitting the water! Not a world record but a Brown Trout all the same. This set the pace for the rest of the day and we ended up with at least 15 Trout of varying sizes. I was lucky enough to cap this off with my first Brown Trout on fly as well!
Rod is extremely knowledgeable of the local area, conditions and gear required to get onto fish and was great to have a chat to throughout the day. Oh did i mention he takes excellent photographs as well?!
